Did my Payment go Through?
Many times, we get questions from people wondering if they've made their payment. Please follow these steps to see if you've made a payment.
- Check your email for an email from email@example.com stating your payment is confirmed. This is the number one sure-fire, bullet proof, undeniable way to see if your payment worked. Please remember to check spam folders or other email accounts as well.
- Check with the organizer to see if they have recieved your money.
- Check with your bank or Credit Card company to see if they have debited your account.
"But, I have an invoice number that looks like this: 13703-f4853137-db6f-4f30-a035-a218013509f1-5BBB6 Isn't that my confirmation number? "
No, that is your invoice ID. That helps PayPal keep track of the payment. You'll get a confirmation email with a confirmation number that will show the payment completed.
